Firestone Complete Auto Care

Our weekend in Virginia Beach took a turn when our tire popped on Sunday. With almost every shop closed, Firestone was one of the few places open and thank goodness Chad Freeman was there. His patience is truly unmatched. My partner was stressed and got a little short with him, but Chad never wavered. He stayed calm, kind, and professional. We had to order the tire, and it arrived Monday just like he said it would. When it came time to replace it, Chad was the one who actually knew how to do it; no hesitation, no confusion, just skill and confidence. He turned what could’ve been a stressful mess into a smooth, easy fix. We’re genuinely grateful for him. I hope his corporate office gives him the kudos he deserves. Your store is amazing because of him. Thank you Chad for your cool demeanor and dedication to your job. It’s people like you that shine and inspire. The world needs more Chads. Firestone you have a good one!

Scheduled my car to have new tires installed and an oil change. Dropped my car off at 7 AM sharp. Got a call at 3 PM letting me know that my dipstick handle was broken. On my way to get the car at 3:15 I get another call asking if I wanted an alignment, really? You can see the look of the brand new tires in the image. None of this should’ve been a surprise with how they maintain their own property.

Traveling into Virginia Beach from out of town, my brakes begin to squeal and stick. Firestone made it easy to schedule an appointment online to service the brakes, conduct an oil change and rotate the tires. The technician communicated with me each step of the way and helped me diagnose some reoccurring issues. I don’t believe I waited more than 2 hours for the service provided. Totally worth it! They have many locations available in the Virginia Beach area that are super convenient and accessible. This location was next to the naval air station and we enjoyed watching (and listening to) the jets take off and land.

We had a great experience here. We are from 9 hours away and we were here for vacation. The check engine light came on and we decided to take an emergency stop to figure out what was wrong with it. The store manager was so helpful being able to make time for us so that the car could get looked at and fixed in only a few days. We are so thankful for all the folks at Firestone which were able to fix the car quickly so we could make the long drive back home after vacation.

It can be difficult to find a shop that doesn’t treat me like a “dumb woman” or try to take advantage of the fact that I might not know a ton about cars- but this shop makes me SO comfortable and confident! Steve is always so polite and communicates with me and my dad about my car. They have seen me through two cars and have saved me money every chance they get. They are always honest about what my car needs and doesn’t need. I’ll take my car to other shops that try to tell me I need this that and the other but when I take my car to this Firestone they end up telling me I don’t need as much or give me options. The price here is also always right. They are constantly running deals, or will try to find coupons for you before buying. After the 3rd time of this place saving my butt from other shops trying to charge me thousands of dollars I have decided I’ll never go any place else ever again!! It feels good to know that I have shop I can trust not to do me dirty and that I can regularly go to. THANK YOU!!!
